Users may lose part or all of their trading capital. In certain market conditions, losses may occur rapidly and may exceed the user’s expectations, risk settings, or previous trading experience.

2. AZK Is Not a Broker or Financial Adviser

AZK Group Co Id provides digital trading products, trading robot products, product information, technical support, license activation, performance references, investor access references, and copy trading-related information.

AZK Group Co Id is not a broker, bank, fund manager, investment adviser, financial planner, futures broker, securities company, exchange, clearing institution, or guaranteed profit provider.

Any information displayed on the website, product pages, live statement pages, investor access pages, copy trading pages, client portal, or support channels is provided for product information, technical reference, monitoring reference, or educational explanation only.

Nothing on the website should be treated as personal financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, copy, follow, or trade any financial instrument.

3. No Profit Guarantee

Trading performance may change at any time because of market conditions, broker conditions, account setup, user settings, spread, slippage, latency, execution quality, leverage, lot size, VPS quality, product version, and user risk decisions.

4. Automated Trading and Expert Advisor Risk

AZK digital trading products may include automated trading logic, Expert Advisor functionality, account-based license activation, product settings, filters, market rules, and technical configurations.

Automated trading does not remove market risk. An Expert Advisor can still experience losses, drawdown, floating loss, execution delay, incorrect setup, technical failure, broker rejection, price gap, spread widening, margin pressure, or unexpected market behavior.

• Automated systems may open, manage, or close positions according to system logic and market conditions.
• User settings, lot size, account balance, leverage, and broker conditions may strongly affect results.
• Wrong setup, unsupported platform, incorrect account type, poor VPS, unstable internet, or manual interference may cause different results.
• Market filters may reduce certain risks, but no filter can eliminate all trading risk.

Users are responsible for testing, understanding, monitoring, and controlling the product according to their own risk tolerance.

5. Market Risk and Volatility

Market conditions can change quickly. Sudden volatility, news events, liquidity shortages, price gaps, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, broker restrictions, abnormal spreads, and market closures may affect trading execution and results.

Gold, forex, commodities, indices, crypto-related instruments, and CFD markets may behave differently across brokers and trading sessions. Instruments with high volatility may produce larger gains, but also larger losses.

Users should understand that market movement is outside AZK control. AZK Group Co Id cannot prevent all losses caused by market conditions, broker pricing, liquidity, spread, or execution behavior.

6. Leverage, Margin, and Account Risk

Leverage can increase both potential profit and potential loss. High leverage, small balance, large lot size, aggressive settings, multiple open trades, or poor risk control may result in significant drawdown, margin call, stop out, or total account loss.

Minimum balance suggestions, risk settings, product descriptions, or account examples are not guarantees that a user account will be safe from loss. Users are responsible for selecting suitable lot size, balance, leverage, account type, broker, VPS, and risk exposure.

7. Broker, Spread, Slippage, and Execution Risk

Trading results may differ from one broker to another. Broker conditions can affect entry price, exit price, stop level, spread, commission, swap, liquidity, execution speed, slippage, rejection, requote, leverage, account type, and symbol specifications.

Even when using the same product, different brokers or different accounts may produce different results. This may also happen between demo and real accounts, ECN and standard accounts, different servers, different regions, or different execution models.

AZK Group Co Id is not responsible for losses, execution differences, rejected orders, delayed execution, spread widening, slippage, broker downtime, broker liquidation, account restriction, symbol changes, or any broker-side condition outside AZK control.

8. Technical Risk, VPS, Internet, and Platform Failure

Automated trading depends on software, hardware, trading terminal, broker server, internet connection, VPS quality, platform stability, device performance, and correct configuration.

Technical problems may affect trading results, including but not limited to:

• VPS downtime, restart, disconnection, resource limitation, or poor latency.
• Internet connection failure or unstable network.
• Trading terminal crash, update issue, login failure, or platform error.
• Wrong installation, wrong file, wrong chart, wrong symbol, wrong timeframe, or incorrect setting.
• Broker server problem, maintenance, order rejection, or delayed execution.
• User device compromise, password leak, malware, unauthorized access, or manual interference.

Users are responsible for monitoring their own trading account, platform status, VPS performance, internet connection, product setup, and risk exposure.

9. Copy Trading Risk

AZK may provide copy trading references, SignalStart links, MT5 copy trading links, historical MT4 references, or other third-party platform information. Copy trading involves additional risks and may not produce the same result as the leader account.

Follower accounts may have different results because of spread, slippage, latency, broker execution, account balance, leverage, follower settings, platform rules, subscription status, trade copying delay, symbol mapping, and broker compatibility.

AZK Group Co Id started using the MT5 platform in 2026. Therefore, MT5 copy trading and MT5 product records may not yet have a long trading history compared with historical MT4 references.

10. Performance Statement and Historical Result Risk

Live statements, investor access information, Myfxbook links, FXMerge links, ShowMyTrades links, SignalStart pages, screenshots, backtests, forward tests, public statistics, or any displayed gain and drawdown figures are provided for reference and transparency only.

Historical results may be affected by account size, broker condition, product version, settings, market period, execution quality, risk level, compounding, deposit, withdrawal, account change, and platform reporting method.

Public performance platforms may display different update times, statistics, gain calculations, equity visibility, balance visibility, drawdown methods, verification status, or connection status. Users must review each platform directly before making any decision.

AZK Group Co Id does not guarantee that a user’s account will match any historical statement, live statement, copy trading page, investor account, signal account, or published result.

11. Investor Access and Read-Only Monitoring

Investor access information may be displayed or provided for monitoring and transparency purposes only. Read-only access does not authorize trading, fund transfer, withdrawal, deposit, account modification, password change, or account control.

Investor access records may be limited by platform availability, broker connection, account visibility, password status, account settings, server condition, or statement update frequency.

Investor access information should not be treated as a guarantee of future profit, account safety, fixed return, or suitability for every user.

12. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for understanding all risks before purchasing, installing, activating, running, copying, following, or relying on any AZK product, statement, signal, copy trading reference, or support information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZK Group Co Id, its owners, team members, developers, partners, affiliates, representatives, and support personnel shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, broker issues, platform errors, VPS failures, payment errors, copy trading differences, market movements, technical failures, user mistakes, or third-party platform issues.

AZK Group Co Id shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to trading activity, product use, product inability to perform, account losses, broker problems, user decisions, platform errors, or market conditions.

Any liability, if legally established, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific AZK product directly related to the claim, excluding trading losses, broker losses, market losses, opportunity losses, third-party fees, payment provider fees, VPS fees, subscription fees, or other external costs.
