What products does AZK Group Co Id currently provide?
AZK Group Co Id currently provides three AZK Zenith digital trading products: AZK Zenith Forex AI, AZK Zenith Gold AI, and AZK Zenith Pro AI.
These products are prepared as MT5 digital trading products and are offered with lifetime license options according to the selected product and license package.
Are AZK Zenith products for MT4 or MT5?
Current AZK Zenith products are focused on the MT5 platform. MT4 accounts, MT4 statements, or MT4 copy trading references may still be displayed only as historical performance references.
AZK started using the MT5 platform in 2026, so MT5 product records may not yet have a long trading history compared with previous MT4 historical references.
What is the difference between Forex AI, Gold AI, and Pro AI?
AZK Zenith Forex AI is focused on selected forex markets. AZK Zenith Gold AI is focused on selected gold markets. AZK Zenith Pro AI is the flagship multi-market product for selected forex and gold markets.
Clients should review each official product page before choosing the product that best matches their market focus, account preparation, and risk tolerance.
License
What license options are available?
AZK currently provides Personal Lifetime License and IB Lifetime License. Personal Lifetime License is intended for one verified trading account, while IB Lifetime License may cover up to five verified trading accounts under the selected product scope.
Does a lifetime license mean guaranteed lifetime profit?
No. Lifetime License refers to the license duration for the selected AZK product under the applicable license rules and normal product availability. It does not mean guaranteed profit, fixed income, loss recovery, drawdown limit, or lifetime compatibility with every broker or market condition.
Can I move my license to another trading account?
AZK licenses are account-based. After activation, the license is linked to the submitted and approved trading account data. Account changes are not guaranteed and may be reviewed only in limited cases at AZK’s discretion.
License access cannot be freely moved, transferred, resold, or reassigned without official approval from AZK Group Co Id.
Order & Activation
How do I order an AZK Zenith product?
Start from the official Products page, choose the product, select the correct license type, complete secure checkout, save the order confirmation, then submit activation data to AZK admin.
The activation data may include order number, selected product, selected license type, trading account number, broker name, server name, and MT5 platform information.
Is license activation automatic?
License activation may be processed manually by AZK admin. Activation depends on order verification, payment confirmation, correct account data, broker/server details, business hours, and admin availability.
What happens if I submit the wrong account number or server?
Incorrect account number, broker name, server name, or platform information may delay activation or cause license mismatch. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate activation data.
AZK may provide reasonable correction support where possible, but incorrect user-submitted data does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Refund & Digital Product
Can I request a refund after purchase?
AZK products are digital products with account-based license activation. Refunds are generally not available after product delivery, file access, account registration, license activation, configuration, or manual support has started.
Limited cases may be reviewed manually, such as verified duplicate payment, product unavailability before activation, or verified administrative error before product delivery or license activation begins.
Why are refunds limited for AZK products?
AZK products are not physical goods. They may include protected files, digital access, private settings, account-based license activation, support guidance, and confidential product logic. Once access or activation begins, the product is considered received by the client.
Can I request a refund because trading results are not as expected?
No. Trading result, profit expectation, drawdown, floating loss, market volatility, broker issue, VPS issue, spread, slippage, latency, copy trading difference, or user settings are not valid refund reasons.
Risk & Performance
Does AZK guarantee profit?
No. AZK Group Co Id does not guarantee profit, fixed return, daily income, monthly income, drawdown limit, loss recovery, account safety, or identical trading results on every account.
Can trading using AZK products still lose money?
Yes. Trading involves risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds. Automated trading products do not remove market risk, broker risk, execution risk, technical risk, leverage risk, or user setting risk.
Why can results differ between accounts?
Results may differ because of broker conditions, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, latency, VPS quality, account balance, leverage, lot size, symbol specifications, execution speed, market volatility, and user settings.
Live Statement & Investor Access
What is the Live Statement page?
The Live Statement page provides performance reference links such as Myfxbook, FXMerge, ShowMyTrades, or other monitoring references used by AZK Group Co Id for transparency and review.
These references are not guarantees of future results.
What is Investor Access?
Investor Access is read-only monitoring information. It may allow users to review selected account activity without permission to trade, withdraw, deposit, modify, or control the trading account.
Does investor access mean the account is guaranteed safe?
No. Investor access is only a transparency and monitoring reference. It does not guarantee profit, account safety, fixed return, drawdown limit, or future performance.
Copy Trading
Does AZK provide copy trading references?
AZK may provide copy trading references through supported third-party platforms such as SignalStart or other platforms listed on the official Copy Trading page.
MT4 links may be displayed as historical references, while current AZK Zenith products are focused on MT5.
Will my copy trading result be exactly the same as the leader account?
No. Copy trading results may not match the leader account 100%. Differences may occur because of spread, slippage, latency, broker execution, follower settings, account balance, leverage, symbol mapping, and platform rules.
Which is better: direct EA product or copy trading?
Direct product use may provide more control over broker choice, VPS, account settings, and risk configuration. Copy trading may be simpler for some users but depends more on third-party platform execution and follower settings.
Both options involve trading risk and do not guarantee profit.

AZK official working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB (GMT+7). Saturday and Sunday support may be available as needed and subject to admin availability.
What kind of support does AZK provide?
AZK support may include product information, order verification, license activation assistance, client portal guidance, account data verification, product access clarification, and reasonable troubleshooting.
Support does not include guaranteed profit recovery, trading loss recovery, broker dispute handling, account management, unlimited custom coding, or responsibility for user trading decisions.
