This License Guide explains how AZK Group Co Id product licenses work, including Personal Lifetime License, IB Lifetime License, account-based activation, MT5 product access, license restrictions, support scope, and digital product rules.
Choose the License Type That Matches Your Use
AZK licenses are digital product licenses. Each license is connected to the selected product, selected license package, and verified trading account data submitted by the client.
Personal Lifetime License
Personal Lifetime License is designed for individual users who want to use one selected AZK Zenith product on one verified trading account.
IB Lifetime License
IB Lifetime License is designed for qualified users, partners, or IB-related use cases that require activation for up to five verified trading accounts under one selected AZK product scope.
AZK Zenith MT5 Product Coverage
Current AZK products are MT5 products. MT4 results, statements, and references are displayed only as historical performance references and are not the current product direction.
AZK Zenith Forex AI
MT5 forex-focused digital product for selected forex markets according to the product page, license package, and official product description.
AZK Zenith Gold AI

1. License Overview
AZK licenses are digital product licenses that grant the user limited access to use a selected AZK digital trading product under the applicable product scope, account quota, license type, and activation rules.
Purchasing an AZK license does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, product logic, brand, design, intellectual property, license system, strategy concept, or business system. The user receives a limited right to use the selected product according to the applicable license rules.
2. Personal Lifetime License
Personal Lifetime License is intended for individual users who want to run one selected AZK Zenith product on one verified trading account.
- Valid for one selected AZK product.
- Valid for one verified trading account.
- Requires manual license activation by AZK admin.
- Requires accurate account number, broker name, server name, and platform information.
- Cannot be shared, resold, rented, sublicensed, distributed, or used for unauthorized accounts.
- Cannot be canceled after product delivery, account registration, license activation, or support has started.
Personal Lifetime License is suitable for users who want simple individual product access with one trading account under one selected AZK Zenith product.
3. IB Lifetime License
IB Lifetime License is intended for qualified users, partners, or IB-related use cases that require a larger account quota. The license may cover up to five verified trading accounts under the selected product scope, subject to AZK verification and approval.
- Valid for one selected AZK product unless AZK officially states otherwise.
- May cover up to five verified trading accounts under the approved quota.
- Requires manual verification and activation by AZK admin.
- Requires accurate account data for every account submitted for activation.
- Account quota cannot be exceeded without AZK approval.
- Quota sharing, unauthorized resale, file distribution, or license abuse is prohibited.
IB Lifetime License does not create unlimited activation rights. The account quota, product scope, broker/server details, and license usage must remain within the approved license package.
4. Required Activation Data
License activation may require user-submitted trading account information. The required data may include:
- Full name or registered client name.
- Email address used for the order.
- Order number or invoice reference.
- Selected AZK product name.
- Selected license type.
- Trading account number.
- Broker name.
- Server name.
- Platform type, currently MT5 for current AZK Zenith products.
- Additional verification information requested by AZK admin.
The user is responsible for submitting accurate and complete data. Incorrect account number, broker name, server name, or platform type may delay activation or cause license mismatch.
5. Manual Activation and Verification
AZK license activation may be processed manually by AZK admin. Activation time may depend on order status, payment verification, data completeness, working hours, admin availability, broker/server details, and product type.
AZK may delay, refuse, or request additional verification if:
- Order data is incomplete or cannot be verified.
- Payment confirmation is incomplete or suspicious.
- Trading account data is incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent.
- The submitted account does not match the selected license package.
- The activation request violates product rules, license rules, or policy pages.
- AZK detects potential fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, or security risk.
6. Account Change, Transfer, and Replacement Rules
AZK licenses are account-based. After activation, the license is linked to the submitted and approved trading account data. Account changes, transfers, or replacements are not guaranteed.
Account change requests may be reviewed only in limited situations and at AZK’s discretion, such as verified broker issue, verified server change, administrative correction, or other exceptional cases approved by AZK.
AZK may reject account change requests if the request is considered unreasonable, abusive, unsupported by evidence, inconsistent with license rules, or indicates unauthorized sharing, resale, or license misuse.
- Personal Lifetime License is intended for one verified trading account.
- IB Lifetime License is limited to its approved account quota.
- Account replacement does not create extra quota.
- Account changes may require proof, review, and admin approval.
- Repeated account change requests may be rejected to prevent license abuse.
7. Final License Status After Activation
Once product delivery, file access, account registration, license activation, configuration, private setting disclosure, installation guidance, or manual support has started, the digital product license is considered delivered.
Because AZK products are digital products with account-based license activation, the license cannot be canceled, reversed, returned, or treated like unused physical goods after activation or delivery begins.
Users must review the product description, license type, product requirements, supported platform, refund policy, risk disclaimer, and digital product policy before placing an order.
8. Support, Updates, and Lifetime Meaning
Lifetime License refers to the license duration for the selected product under normal product availability, policy conditions, and applicable license rules.
Lifetime License does not mean:
- Lifetime profit guarantee.
- Lifetime broker compatibility with every broker.
- Lifetime compatibility with every platform update or market condition.
- Unlimited account changes.
- Unlimited custom settings or custom development.
- Unlimited manual trading support or account management.
- Guaranteed update schedule.
AZK may provide product updates when available. Updates may depend on platform changes, broker conditions, development priorities, internal review, technical feasibility, and business decisions.
Support may include product guidance, license activation assistance, account data verification, product access clarification, installation guidance, and reasonable troubleshooting. Support does not include guaranteed loss recovery, broker dispute handling, account management, or unlimited custom development.
9. Prohibited License Use
Users must not misuse AZK product files, licenses, settings, product logic, account access, or support materials.
- Sharing, reselling, renting, sublicensing, or distributing AZK files or license access.
- Activating or attempting to activate unauthorized trading accounts.
- Using fake account data, stolen payment information, or fraudulent identity.
- Cracking, decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying, or bypassing product protection.
- Uploading AZK files to public groups, marketplaces, forums, or unauthorized platforms.
- Claiming AZK product logic, files, brand, settings, or system as the user’s own property.
- Using AZK products in violation of broker rules, platform rules, applicable law, or AZK policy.
- Attempting refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or false claim after product delivery or activation.
Violation may result in license suspension, refusal of support, account restriction, cancellation of future services, and other appropriate action.
10. No Profit Guarantee and Trading Risk
An AZK license grants access to use a selected digital trading product. It does not guarantee profit, fixed return, loss recovery, drawdown limit, account safety, or identical trading results across all accounts.
Trading results may differ because of broker conditions, account type, spread, slippage, latency, VPS quality, leverage, balance, lot size, market volatility, user settings, platform condition, and execution speed.
Past performance, historical MT4 results, MT5 results, live statement links, investor access information, SignalStart pages, Myfxbook records, FXMerge records, ShowMyTrades records, screenshots, or backtests do not guarantee future results.
11. Relationship With Refund Policy and Digital Product Policy
AZK licenses are digital product licenses. This License Guide must be read together with the Refund Policy and Digital Product Policy.
After product delivery, file access, account registration, license activation, configuration, private setting disclosure, installation guidance, or manual support begins, the product is generally considered delivered and final.
Refunds are generally not available after license activation or product delivery begins, except for limited verified cases stated in the Refund Policy, such as duplicate payment, product unavailability before activation, or verified administrative error before product delivery or license activation.
