This Digital Product Policy explains how AZK Group Co Id provides, delivers, activates, licenses, supports, protects, and manages digital trading products, Expert Advisor products, account-based licenses, product files, client portal access, and related digital product services.

1. Policy Overview

This Digital Product Policy applies to all digital products, trading robot products, Expert Advisor products, product licenses, account-based activations, product files, product settings, client portal access, support materials, and related digital services provided by AZK Group Co Id.

By purchasing, ordering, downloading, accessing, activating, installing, configuring, or using any AZK digital product, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Product Policy.

This policy must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, License Guide, product descriptions, and any product-specific rules published by AZK Group Co Id.

2. Nature of AZK Digital Products

AZK products are digital products. They may include trading robot files, Expert Advisor files, license activation, product settings, product documentation, account-based access, private configuration, installation guidance, client support, and related digital materials.

AZK digital products are not physical goods. They cannot be returned in the same way as physical products after they have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, configured, copied, used, or supported.

Because digital products may contain confidential product logic, protected files, license systems, private settings, and account-based activation, product access is handled under strict digital product rules.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, activated, or supported, the product is considered received by the user and cannot be treated as unused physical goods.

3. Product Delivery and Access

AZK digital products may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Client portal access.
  • Official order confirmation.
  • Manual admin confirmation.
  • Digital file delivery.
  • License activation or license registration.
  • Product setup guidance or support communication.
  • Private product instructions, configuration, or product-related information.

Product delivery may require order verification, payment verification, account data verification, license matching, broker/server details, platform confirmation, and admin review.

A product may be considered delivered when any digital access, product file, license activation, product configuration, private setting, download link, account registration, installation support, or manual support has been provided.

4. License Activation and Account-Based Access

AZK products may use account-based license activation. This means a product license may be connected to specific trading account details provided by the client, such as account number, broker name, server name, platform type, license package, or other activation information required by AZK.

Users are responsible for providing accurate activation details. Incorrect account number, broker name, server name, platform type, or other license data may delay activation, create compatibility issues, or require additional support.

License activation may be processed manually by AZK admin. Activation time may depend on business hours, order verification, payment status, completeness of user data, product type, server condition, or admin availability.

Once license activation has been created, registered, linked, prepared, or confirmed for the user’s account, the digital product is generally considered delivered and cannot be canceled like a physical product.

5. Final Sale After Delivery, Access, or Activation

All AZK digital product sales are considered final after product delivery, file access, account registration, license activation, configuration, installation guidance, private setting disclosure, or manual support has started.

Because AZK products are digital products with account-based license activation, the license cannot be simply canceled, reversed, or returned once the product has been accessed, delivered, activated, configured, or supported.

Users should carefully review the product description, product requirements, license package, platform compatibility, risk information, and refund policy before placing an order.

After delivery or activation begins, the product is treated as received by the client, and the transaction becomes final except for very limited verified cases stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Product Requirements and Compatibility

AZK digital products may require specific platform versions, trading account types, broker conditions, symbol availability, minimum balance suggestions, VPS quality, spread conditions, latency conditions, and correct installation procedures.

Users must ensure that their broker, account type, server, trading platform, VPS, internet connection, balance, symbol name, and risk settings are suitable for the product before use.

AZK Group Co Id may provide product guidance, recommended setup information, and general support, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every broker, account type, server, symbol suffix, VPS provider, operating system, platform version, or trading condition.

  • Different brokers may have different spreads, commissions, swaps, leverage, symbol names, liquidity, and execution speed.
  • Different account types may produce different trading results.
  • Demo and real accounts may not always produce identical execution or results.
  • VPS quality, latency, and terminal stability may affect product performance.

7. User Responsibility Before and After Purchase

Users are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchase and for using the product according to instructions, risk limits, license rules, and their own financial capacity.

  • Users must read the product page, license package, supported platform, and policy pages before ordering.
  • Users must provide accurate order and license activation data.
  • Users must install, configure, and run the product properly.
  • Users must use suitable broker conditions, VPS, account type, and risk settings.
  • Users must monitor account equity, open positions, margin level, and trading activity.
  • Users must understand that trading involves risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds.

AZK Group Co Id is not responsible for losses, delays, errors, incompatibility, or failed usage caused by user mistake, incorrect setup, unsupported broker, poor VPS, wrong account details, high-risk settings, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Product Updates, Versions, and Availability

AZK Group Co Id may provide product updates when available. Product updates may include improvements, fixes, compatibility adjustments, risk-control changes, technical refinements, or feature updates.

Product updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. Update availability may depend on platform changes, broker conditions, development priorities, technical feasibility, internal review, and business decisions.

AZK may modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue certain product features, settings, versions, files, platforms, or compatibility options when necessary for technical, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

Lifetime license does not mean lifetime guaranteed compatibility with every broker, every platform version, every market condition, every feature, or unlimited custom development.

9. Support Scope for Digital Products

AZK support may include product information, license activation assistance, setup guidance, account data verification, product access clarification, client portal guidance, and general troubleshooting.

Support does not include guaranteed profit recovery, trading loss recovery, account management, broker dispute handling, unlimited custom coding, third-party platform troubleshooting, VPS management, or responsibility for user trading decisions.

Support may be provided through official WhatsApp, Telegram, email, client portal, or other official AZK channels. Support availability may depend on working hours, admin availability, complexity of the issue, verification status, and completeness of user information.

10. Prohibited Use of AZK Digital Products

Users are strictly prohibited from misusing AZK digital products, product files, license systems, product logic, settings, documentation, or support materials.

  • Reselling, renting, sublicensing, sharing, or distributing AZK products without permission.
  • Uploading or sharing AZK files in public groups, marketplaces, forums, or unauthorized platforms.
  • Cracking, decompiling, reverse engineering, bypassing, modifying, or attempting to remove license protection.
  • Using false account details, unauthorized trading accounts, stolen payment information, or fraudulent identity.
  • Claiming AZK products, names, designs, files, logic, or performance as the user’s own property.
  • Using AZK products in a way that violates broker rules, platform rules, applicable law, or AZK policy.
  • Abusing support, submitting false claims, making unauthorized chargebacks, or attempting refund abuse after delivery.

Violation of this section may result in license suspension, refusal of support, product access restriction, cancellation of future service, and other appropriate action.

11. Intellectual Property and Product Ownership

All AZK product names, product files, trading systems, Expert Advisor files, license systems, settings, descriptions, graphics, website content, documentation, product logic, designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AZK Group Co Id unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an AZK digital product does not transfer ownership of source code, product logic, brand, design, intellectual property, business system, or confidential information.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product according to the applicable license package and product rules.

AZK files, license systems, settings, and product logic are protected digital assets. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Platforms, Brokers, and External Services

AZK digital products may interact with or be used alongside third-party platforms, brokers, trading terminals, VPS providers, payment providers, monitoring platforms, copy trading platforms, analytics tools, or external services.

Third-party platforms are operated independently and may have their own rules, fees, policies, technical limits, platform changes, execution conditions, privacy practices, and availability.

AZK Group Co Id is not responsible for third-party platform downtime, broker execution issues, broker restrictions, VPS failure, payment provider delays, monitoring platform differences, copy trading delays, account restrictions, platform rule changes, or any condition outside AZK control.

13. Trading Risk and Product Performance

AZK digital products are trading-related digital tools. Trading involves risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds. Product use does not guarantee profit, fixed return, account safety, drawdown limit, or identical results on every account.

Trading results may differ because of broker conditions, spread, slippage, latency, VPS quality, account balance, leverage, symbol specifications, platform stability, market volatility, user settings, and execution speed.

Product performance references, live statements, investor access records, historical MT4 references, MT5 records, screenshots, backtests, SignalStart pages, Myfxbook links, FXMerge links, or ShowMyTrades links are provided only as reference information and do not guarantee future results.

Trading loss, floating loss, drawdown, margin call, stop out, broker issue, VPS issue, spread widening, slippage, latency, or market volatility is not considered a digital product defect.

14. Relationship With Refund Policy

This Digital Product Policy works together with the AZK Refund Policy. Because AZK products are digital products with account-based license activation, refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, configured, or supported.

Refunds may only be considered in limited verified cases stated in the Refund Policy, such as duplicate payment, product unavailability before activation, or verified administrative error before product delivery or license activation.

User change of mind, wrong product selection, wrong account details, trading loss, profit expectation, broker issue, unsupported setup, VPS issue, copy trading difference, or market performance does not create refund eligibility.

Once a license is activated or product access is provided, the digital product cannot be returned, canceled, or treated like unused physical goods.

15. Account Security and User Access

Users are responsible for keeping their client portal account, email account, trading account, broker account, platform credentials, VPS credentials, and communication channels secure.

AZK Group Co Id is not responsible for loss, unauthorized access, product misuse, account damage, or data exposure caused by user negligence, password sharing, weak passwords, compromised devices, malware, phishing, or third-party account access.

Users should not share sensitive login information publicly and should use secure devices, trusted networks, and strong account protection whenever possible.

16. Policy Updates and Product Rule Changes

AZK Group Co Id may update this Digital Product Policy from time to time to reflect changes in product structure, license rules, platform requirements, service process, legal requirements, security practices, product delivery method, or business operations.

Updated versions may be published on this page. Continued use of the website, client portal, products, support channels, or related AZK services after updates are published means users acknowledge the updated Digital Product Policy.
