1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AZK Group Co Id website, using the client portal, purchasing or requesting any AZK digital product, requesting license activation, using support channels, reviewing investor access information, or accessing copy trading references, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should stop using the website, products, services, client portal, support channels, and related AZK materials.

2. Company and Service Scope

AZK Group Co Id provides digital trading products, product information, license activation, client support, performance references, investor access information, copy trading references, and related digital services through the official website and support channels.

AZK products may include trading robots, expert advisors, software-related files, product documentation, license activation, digital product support, updates when available, and related information.

AZK Group Co Id does not operate as a broker, bank, fund manager, investment adviser, financial planner, securities company, futures broker, or guaranteed profit provider.

Any information provided on the website is for product information, technical reference, performance monitoring, education, or service explanation only. It should not be treated as personal financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a promise of trading result.

3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Users must have the legal capacity and authority to access the website, place an order, create an account, request support, or use any AZK digital product or service.

• Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details, email accounts, trading platform credentials, and devices secure.
• Users must not share, resell, transfer, abuse, reverse engineer, or misuse AZK products or license access.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of any trading product is allowed in their jurisdiction.
• Users must understand that trading involves risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds.

AZK Group Co Id may refuse, suspend, delay, or terminate access if user information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, unauthorized, abusive, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

4. Digital Products and Product Information

AZK products are digital products. Delivery, activation, support, and access may be provided through digital files, account access, license activation, product page information, official communication channels, or manual admin confirmation.

Product descriptions, supported markets, platform compatibility, minimum balance suggestions, settings, broker requirements, VPS suggestions, statement references, and performance information may change from time to time.

AZK Group Co Id makes reasonable efforts to present product information clearly. However, users remain responsible for reading product descriptions, license terms, risk information, supported platform details, and system requirements before making a purchase or using any product.

5. License Rules and Usage Restrictions

AZK product access may be provided under license rules published on the website, product page, License Guide, invoice, or official AZK communication.

5.1 Personal Lifetime License

Personal Lifetime License is intended for personal use and is limited to the account quota and product scope stated on the product page or License Guide.

5.2 IB Lifetime License

IB Lifetime License is intended for users who qualify under the applicable IB license structure and is limited to the stated number of trading accounts, product scope, and activation rules.

5.3 General License Restrictions

• Each license is valid only for the product and account scope stated by AZK Group Co Id.
• License activation may require trading account number, broker name, server name, platform type, and verification data.
• License access may be manually activated, checked, updated, or verified by AZK admin.
• Users must not share, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, crack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass license protection.
• License abuse may result in suspension, cancellation, or refusal of support without compensation.

Lifetime license refers to the product license duration for the applicable product under normal product availability and policy conditions. It does not guarantee lifetime broker compatibility, lifetime platform availability, lifetime trading performance, lifetime update frequency, or unlimited custom development.

6. Orders, Payments, and Purchase Confirmation

By placing an order, the user confirms that they have reviewed the product description, license type, risk information, price, supported platform, activation requirements, and all relevant terms before making payment.

Orders may be subject to manual verification. AZK Group Co Id may delay or refuse processing if payment confirmation, user identity, license details, account data, or transaction details cannot be verified.

Product prices, payment options, payment instructions, license packages, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The applicable price and conditions are those shown or confirmed at the time of order, unless corrected due to error, abuse, suspicious transaction, or other valid reason.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment is sent correctly using the official payment method and instructions. AZK Group Co Id is not responsible for payment errors caused by wrong network, wrong wallet, wrong recipient, wrong bank account, incorrect reference, third-party payment delay, blockchain congestion, or user mistake.

7. Product Activation, Delivery, and Support

Digital product access may require manual activation by AZK admin. Activation may depend on order verification, account details, broker/server details, product compatibility, business hours, and availability of support personnel.

• Users must provide accurate trading account details for license activation.
• Activation may be delayed if the submitted data is incomplete or incorrect.
• Support may be provided through official WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or client portal channels.
• Support covers reasonable product guidance, license activation assistance, and general troubleshooting.
• Support does not include guaranteed profit recovery, account management, broker dispute handling, or unlimited custom coding.

AZK Group Co Id may provide product updates when available. Updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule and may depend on product development, platform changes, broker conditions, technical feasibility, and internal business decisions.

8. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading forex, gold, commodities, crypto-related instruments, indices, CFDs, derivatives, or any leveraged product involves substantial risk. Users may lose part or all of their trading capital.

AZK products, statements, copy trading references, investor access data, backtests, screenshots, historical records, or platform statistics do not guarantee future performance.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Trading results may differ between brokers, servers, account types, spreads, commissions, swaps, leverage, liquidity, and execution speed.
• Market volatility, news events, slippage, latency, technical errors, internet problems, VPS failure, broker restrictions, or platform disruptions may affect results.
• Users are fully responsible for lot size, account balance, risk settings, broker selection, VPS quality, and trading decisions.

9. Copy Trading and Third-Party Signal Platforms

AZK may provide copy trading references, SignalStart links, historical MT4 references, MT5 links, or other third-party platform information for users who want to review or follow trading activity through supported platforms.

Copy trading results may not match the leader account 100%. Differences may occur because of broker conditions, spread, slippage, latency, account balance, leverage, execution speed, platform rules, follower settings, and other external factors.

AZK Group Co Id started using the MT5 platform in 2026, so MT5 records may not yet have a long trading history compared with previous MT4 historical references.

Users are responsible for reviewing third-party platform terms, fees, risks, broker compatibility, follower settings, and account suitability before joining any copy trading service.

10. Investor Access and Public Statement References

AZK may display investor access information, account numbers, server names, platform details, Myfxbook links, FXMerge links, ShowMyTrades links, SignalStart links, or other performance reference materials for transparency and monitoring purposes.

Read-only investor access is for monitoring only. It does not authorize trading, fund transfers, account modification, withdrawal, deposit, or any form of account control.

Public statement platforms may show different update times, account names, history length, visibility, statistics, gain, drawdown, or connection status. Users must review the latest details directly on each monitoring platform before making any decision.

11. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to use AZK products, website, files, license systems, support channels, or account access for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, modifying, or bypassing license protection.
• Sharing, reselling, renting, sublicensing, or distributing AZK files without permission.
• Using fake identity, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized account details.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, spam, phishing content, or abusive messages.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, files, data, or services without authorization.
• Misrepresenting AZK products, results, ownership, partnership, or official status.
• Using AZK products in violation of broker rules, platform rules, local law, or applicable regulation.

Violation of this section may result in refusal of service, license suspension, account restriction, cancellation of access, legal action, or other appropriate measures.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All AZK names, product names, logos, designs, text, layouts, software files, product descriptions, product logic, license systems, graphics, screenshots, documentation, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AZK Group Co Id unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product or license does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, brand, design, intellectual property, or business system. Users receive a limited right to use the product according to the applicable license terms.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, resale, publication, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of AZK materials is prohibited.

13. Third-Party Platforms, Brokers, and External Links

AZK website may include references or links to third-party services such as brokers, trading platforms, payment processors, SignalStart, Myfxbook, FXMerge, ShowMyTrades, MetaTrader, hosting providers, VPS providers, analytics tools, or other external platforms.

Third-party platforms are operated independently and may have their own rules, fees, risks, terms, privacy policies, availability, limitations, and technical conditions.

AZK Group Co Id is not responsible for third-party platform downtime, broker execution issues, payment delays, account restrictions, technical errors, policy changes, data differences, copy trading differences, or losses caused by third-party services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

AZK products, website, content, statements, investor access information, copy trading references, and support materials are provided on an “as available” and “as applicable” basis, subject to product conditions, technical feasibility, and business operation.

AZK Group Co Id does not guarantee that the website, products, platforms, files, support, updates, or third-party connections will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every broker, compatible with every account type, or profitable in every market condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZK Group Co Id shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, broker issues, platform errors, VPS failures, payment errors, copy trading differences, account restrictions, user mistakes, market movements, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Any liability, if legally established, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific AZK product or service directly related to the claim, excluding trading losses, broker losses, market losses, opportunity losses, or third-party costs.

15. Suspension, Refusal, and Termination

AZK Group Co Id reserves the right to refuse service, delay activation, suspend access, restrict support, or terminate license-related services if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, submits false information, abuses support, misuses products, attempts unauthorized access, or creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.

Suspension or termination may occur without compensation if caused by user violation, license abuse, unauthorized distribution, fraud, chargeback abuse, harmful conduct, illegal activity, or serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Updates, Governing Terms, and Dispute Handling

AZK Group Co Id may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect product changes, website changes, legal requirements, business decisions, payment changes, license structure updates, or operational needs.

Updated versions may be published on this page. Continued use of the website, products, client portal, support channels, or related services after updates are published means users acknowledge the updated terms.

Any dispute should first be handled through good-faith communication with AZK Group Co Id through official contact channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled according to applicable laws and competent dispute resolution mechanisms in Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
